As the owner of Harbour City Tours Jack regularly leads tours with guests from all over the world. Relaxed and insightful, a tour with Jack is lively and his enthusiasm for showcasing some of Sydney's hidden gems really shows. Before moving into tourism he worked as a marketing executive in the museum and gallery sector, in archeology and heritage, as well as the Australian film and television industry.

Glyn is a born and bred Sydney local. After studying geography at university, he embarked on a successful teaching career. He has extensive knowledge of all things Australian that has seen him write curriculum and school textbooks. These days he enjoys a different pace of life, using his specialised knowledge and passion to entertain and enlighten tourists about our beautiful city, our unique landforms and animals as well as offering valuable insights into the history and culture that shape Australia today.

With a vibrant personality and warm sense of humour, Lola's tours are a fun an informative experience. Lola is a natural storyteller and when not leading tours with international visitors she's a part-time cowgirl working with the PBR (professional bull riding) association and tours the country with them. Lola is also an MC/host as well as looking after major international music acts when they tour Australia. 

Yaama, my name is Robert Young, and I am a proud Kamilaroi/Gomeroi and Ngunawal descendedant, born on Gadigal Country. Currently living in Sydney Basin - Bidjigal Country.

It's been an incredible honour to learn our rich culture from esteemed Elders and strong, resilient family members, Mum & Dad.

Throughout my journey, I have had the privilege of working over nearly two decades in various Aboriginal Government roles, including the National Parks Wildlife Services, Sydney Harbour Foreshore Authority, Barangaroo, Museum's, and Aboriginal businesses.

Through earning and learning, I have embraced our culture and I am passionate about sharing it with others. I believe that by sharing our culture, we can better connect with the land, plants, animals and both salt and fresh water, Countries.

It's especially important to acknowledge ne aware of the true history of the lands we wake up on each day.

 Leading our Hawkesbury River Cruises is Chantal who brings over 20 years of guiding experience across Sydney, the Blue Mountains and the Berowra Valley National Park. A qualified tour guide since 2005, she’s passionate about sharing the Hawkesbury’s rich stories, spectacular scenery and local secrets. Born in England to a French mother and English father, Chantal is bilingual and brings a French-Mediterranean flair to every tour.

 Ana holds a postgraduate degree in international marketing and spent several years in corporate roles across the oil, building materials and home appliances industries. Seeking a more people-focused and experience-driven career, she transitioned into tourism. Ana completed a guiding course in Sydney, followed by specialist accreditations to guide in the Northern Territory, including Uluru and Kakadu National Parks. These experiences gave her a deep appreciation of Australia’s Aboriginal culture and history, which she finds both fascinating and enriching.

Ana currently guides in Sydney, the Blue Mountains and the Northern Territory, offering tours in English, Spanish and Italian. She particularly enjoys working with small groups and families, allowing for more personal and meaningful experiences.

Ana lived and worked in Europe and Asia for eleven years before returning to Australia, which she now proudly calls home. Naturally curious, she enjoys learning, and is always looking for ways to keep her mind active and engaged.

On weekends, you’ll find Ana outdoors walking, swimming or cycling (enthusiastically, if not expertly). Her passions include dancing, Latin, jazz and classical music, reading, and attending foreign film festivals.

A tour with Ana is an active, culturally rich and engaging experience. 

Taylor grew up on the South Coast of NSW, one of the region’s true hidden gems just beyond Sydney. With a decade of industry experience — from flight attending to travel agent — and a Diploma of Travel & Tourism, she’s guided everywhere from Sydney to the coastlines and cobblestones of Europe and the UK, now working and travelling full time. An adventure and animal lover at heart, you’ll often find her out in the Aussie bush, diving into the surf or exploring in her van.
She values community, culture and deeper meaning in travel, weaving these elements into her tours through captivating storytelling and vibrant energy. Taylor is passionate about creating experiences that leave guests feeling inspired, enriched and connected to the places they explore, not just seeing Australia, but truly feeling it. 

Shirley’s originally from China and worked as an English-speaking tour guide there for many years, welcoming visitors from all around the world. She speaks both Mandarin and English, and is currently based in Sydney, working as a guide at a pearl farm. She’s an enthusiastic and approachable person, and has lived in both Singapore and New Zealand. Shirley’s travelled to 18 countries, and is passionate about snowboarding and hiking.
